First Time Homebuyer Credit of $8000 has been extended!
President Obama signed legislation today to extend the $8,000 tax credit for first time home buyers through April 2010. In addition, there will be a $6,500 tax credit for repeat buyers who have lived in their home for five of the previous eight years.
